
Hi, I’m Dean Lisles, Owner and Coach of My Football PT.
I have played football for the last 25 years, starting at age 6, from the grassroots all the way up to the professional level. My professional and semi-professional experience includes Hull City, York City, Guiseley, North Ferriby, and Scarborough. I have been fortunate to work and play alongside some of the best in the game. I have experienced football in all forms, from the highs to the lows. Each experience has helped me grow, personally and professionally. Now I’m dedicating my time to help athletes perform to their highest potential through our new customised online programme, designed around you and your lifestyle.
